About Sam
Twelve years on the front line in operational policing. Founding member of the SAPOL Health and Wellness Project — built from zero to seventy trained officers across South Australia.
Currently a regional duty officer with the CFS. Survived a spinal injury and rebuilt from the ground up. Sam knows shift work, fatigue, trauma and recovery — not from a textbook, from the floor.
